What is KCM?

Kingdom Connection Mentoring (KCM) establishes life-changing, biblically-based, trusted one-on-one (and group) relationships that guide, empower, and deploy cohesive KCM mentee groups into the business and non-profit community.

How does KCM work?

​

KCM facilitates one-on-one mentee / mentor pairings characterized by a shared  faith in the ultimate power and truth of Jesus Christ as the Savior of the world -- launching each yearly mentee group with foundational Gospel knowledge and experience, and building on this foundation with strategic insights and activities.

How long is the mentoring program and what does the commitment look like?

Each KCM mentee group launches in March and concludes with a graduation ceremony in October. There is an expectation that mentees will attend the monthly KCM meetings, where they will hear from leaders and speakers on a variety of topics. Each mentee is also asked to meet with their paired mentor once a month as well.
